Jesus answered, “Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” - John 4:13-14

Do you want to know God?

The good news is you can because God loves you and wants to have a deeply personal relationship with you.

The problem is . . .

. . . we are separated from God by sin. Sin is whenever we fail to live by God’s holy standard. We are all sinners. Romans 3:23 says: “All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”

Sin is a deep problem with an eternal consequence. Romans 6:23 explains that the penalty for sin is death—separation from God in hell forever. Try as we may, we cannot save ourselves or get rid of our sins on our own. We often try to earn our way to heaven by being good enough, but the ultimate question of is not one of good and bad; it is of life and death (Eph. 2:8-9).

God knows we are helpless because of our sins... He sent His only Son, Jesus Christ, to save us. Jesus lived a perfect, sinless life, and then died on the cross to pay the penalty for our sins (Rom. 5:8). And to prove that He had defeated sin and death once and for all breaking the power of sin over us, He rose from the dead!

So how can you know God?

It all starts with accepting Christ as your Lord and Savior. By this, we can have a relationship with the God the Father and eternal life through His death and resurrection (Rom. 5:10).

Romans 10:9 promises, “If you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” God loves you no matter who you are or what you’ve done. He wants you to experience the profound depth of His love.

If you are ready, tell God that you are willing to trust Him for salvation.

You can use your own words or this simple prayer:

Lord Jesus, I ask You to forgive my sins and save me. By faith, I accept what you did for me on the cross as payment for my sins. Thank You for providing the way for me to know You and to have a relationship with God through You. Thank You for hearing my prayers and loving me unconditionally. Thank You for giving me eternal life. Please help me learn to develop my relationship with You. In Jesus’ name, amen.

WElcome to the family of GOD!

If you prayed this prayer and believe it, then you have received Christ as your Savior and have made the best decision you will ever make—one that will change your life forever! Please let us know so we can rejoice with you and pray with you!
